Booking Terms & Conditions

Deposit & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your charter date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your trip.

Cancellations
Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled charter will result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellations made outside of this window may be eligible for rescheduling or refund consideration.

Weather & Safety
The Captain has final authority regarding weather conditions and safety decisions. If your trip is canceled by the Captain due to unsafe weather, guests will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule with full credit applied.

Capacity & Additional Guests
Charter rates are based on up to 2 anglers. Additional guests must be approved in advance and may require an additional fee based on trip requirements.

Equipment & Guest Responsibility
Quality rods, reels, and fishing equipment are provided for your experience. Guests are responsible for any equipment lost or damaged due to misuse, negligence, or intentional damage.

Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in the charter price. Tips are greatly appreciated and reflect the level of service provided. A customary gratuity of 15–20% is appreciated for exceptional experiences.
